Clases de GAP 30´ en Granada

Esta es una clase de 30 minutos en la que se trabajan Gluteos, Abdominales y Piernas. Se utilizan diferentes sistemas de entrenamiento y materiales para fortalecer y moldear al completo el tren inferior, desde sistemas de fuerza, resistencia o alta intensidad, hasta sistemas de flexibilidad y relajación; y todo planteado desde un prisma divertido y eficaz.
